You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Note that certain items are non-refundable:

  • Final Sale, Open Box, and Resale Items: These cannot be refunded but are eligible for an exchange if they arrive damaged.
  • Sale Items: Store credit will be issued.

  • Return Locations: Items must be sent back to the warehouse or manufacturer they were shipped from.
  • Return Shipping: We do not cover return shipping costs, allowing us to offer free shipping on all original orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation: Available within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned.

Order Modifications

  • Changes (e.g., colors, dimensions, or shipping details) are allowed within 24 hours.
  • Once shipped, modifications are not possible.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@louvelights.com with your order number, reason for the return, and pictures of the item and packaging.
  2. Approval & Instructions: We’ll review your request and provide the return address and shipping details.
  3. Shipping Your Return: You have 7 days to ship the item after approval. We recommend insurance for your package.
  4. Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts included. Returns may take 3-5 business days to process once received.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized products, such as made-to-order pieces.
  • Accessories like light bulbs.
  • Non-compliant returns (e.g., damaged, used, or soiled items).

Refunds & Processing Times

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method:

  • PayPal: 1-2 days
  • Credit Card: 3-5 days
    Note: Refund amounts may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed, check with your bank and credit card provider before contacting us.


Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • Exchanges: Available for defective or damaged items. Contact us to arrange this.
  • Reporting Damages: Notify us of any damage within 8 days of receiving your item, and keep all packaging for courier inspection.

  • Refusing Shipments: If an order is refused, we may deduct 30%-50% of the order value for handling and shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Items: Report any errors within 1 week, and we’ll cover shipping costs for the exchange. If you prefer a refund instead, standard return fees may apply.
